Bajaj GoGo: Dedicated 3W auto brand

Bajaj Auto Ltd. has unveiled Bajaj GoGo, its dedicated all-electric 3-wheeler brand. The new brand is claimed to bring in a wide range of new products in the passenger transport and cargo delivery segments. The electric three-wheeler auto is expected to redefine the shorter-distance transportation in urban and semi-urban areas.

Bajaj GoGo: Variants

The all-new electric three-wheelers come in three variants- P5009, P5012 and P7012. Bajaj has coined the names of the brand’s variants in a manner where the first letter ‘P’ stands for passenger, the second and third digits – ‘50’ and ‘70’, denote the size and the last two digits – ‘09’ and ‘12’, represent battery capacity of 9kWh and 12kWh respectively.

Bajaj GoGo: Price

Initially, Bajaj has introduced two passenger models – P5009 and P5012. The P5009 variant will be available at a price of Rs. 3,26,797 (ex-showroom, New Delhi) and the P5012 at Rs. 3,83,004 (ex-showroom, New Delhi). Bookings of these two passenger models have already started at all authorized Bajaj auto dealership points. The other variants, placed under the cargo segment, will be launched in near future.

Bajaj GoGo: Features

The brand’s new variants come with a complete metal body along with advanced safety features including Auto Hazard and Roll-Over detection. Other features include a Hill-Hold Assist system, LED lamps, a USB type-A mobile charger, an LCD digital instrument cluster and more.

Bajaj GoGo: Battery packs and range

The Bajaj GoGo P5009 and P5012 come with two battery pack options – 9.2 kWh and 12.1 kWh with a certified range of 171 km and 248 km respectively. Whereas, the GoGoP7012 boasts a claimed range of 251 km on a single full charge, the longest in its segment. It comes with a five years warranty or 1.2 Lakh km whichever is earlier.
